Hey there fellow bee-cyclista !
Registered for the hive ride? US TOO!
Here is some extra info for you: - We are crossing our fingers for sunshine but we will ride rain or shine, for this you have the opportunity to warm up and keep your bag at the hive (Sport 2 Go). So depending on the weather, please
pack some extra layers, socks, rain jackets, dry clothes for the train ride home- whatever you may need! As always, you have options to return to the hive at any point, should you want to warm up or feel not secure on the roads. Safety and your enjoyment is our priority. - As promised, coffee and cakes (vegan sweet potato brownies for those who requested that option), gipfels and some fruits will be provided -- However, if you are planning to do all three rides, we highly recommend you pack a sandwich or something. There is a bakery at the train station in Stans where you could grab a bigger lunch (sandwich, bowls) on the way.
- Lots of possibilities to fill up your water bottle but if you enjoy some electrolytes please bring your own or check out this recipe: https://www.riderawr.com/post/grandma-knows-best - Prizes: we will have prizes from DirtySox, Vertical Coffee Roasters and Chasing Cancellara! - Photos: there will be a photographer playing paparazzi for us throughout the day, we will then create a drive folder for all, should you NOT want your photo uploaded/shared/used for our channels, please get in touch with your specific requests.
- Rides: here are two back up rides for
Sea to Sky https://connect.garmin.com/modern/course/97913277
Mountain Valley https://connect.garmin.com/modern/course/97914305
that don't include big climbs/descent if the conditions are too dangerous for going up!
Any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out! We are so excited to kick off this first of hopefully many hive rides! Until then, let's dance the snow away! Your team at RideRawr
